Questions, answered straight.
No sales fluff. Here's how the fees, the visas, the emergencies and the booking-free process actually work.
Getting started
Do I need to fill out a booking form?
Nope. There is no booking system to wrestle with. Text, WhatsApp, email or call us with your dates, destination and budget, and a planner replies with real options — usually within a few hours and always within 24.
How far in advance should I contact you?
For international trips, six to ten weeks is the sweet spot for fares. Domestic trips are fine at three to six weeks. That said, we book plenty of last-minute escapes, so ask even if your trip is next weekend.
Can you work with a small budget?
That is most of what we do. A lot of our travelers are students, new grads and people saving between paychecks. Tell us your ceiling and we build the best possible trip under it — hostels, shoulder season, budget carriers and all.
Money & fees
How do you charge?
Flat planning fees: $29 for a single flight or hotel booking, $89 per traveler for a full trip, $149 per traveler for complex custom builds. Add-ons like visas, insurance and transfers have fixed prices listed on our Pricing page.
Do you mark up flights and hotels?
No. You see the same fares and rates we do, and we send you the confirmation straight from the airline or hotel. Our fee is the only thing we earn.
What if I find a cheaper price myself?
Show us and we will match it or beat it. If we cannot, we refund your planning fee in full — no awkward conversation required.
Can my friends and I pay separately?
Yes. Group payment splitting is included in the Full Trip and Custom Build tiers for up to 12 people, so nobody has to front the whole cost and chase everyone afterwards.
Visas, insurance & documents
Do you actually apply for the visa for me?
We prepare everything: checklists, forms, photo specs, supporting letters, and we review your submission before it goes in. Some countries require you to attend an appointment in person — we book that slot for you and tell you exactly what to bring.
Is travel insurance really worth it?
For anything international, yes. A single emergency room visit abroad can cost more than the whole trip. We compare policies that cover medical, cancellation, delays and your tech, starting around $22 a week.
What if my passport expires soon?
Many countries require six months of validity beyond your travel dates. Send us your expiry date before we book anything and we will tell you whether you need to renew first.
While you are away
What happens if my flight is cancelled?
Call or message our 24/7 emergency line. We rebook you from our side while you stay seated — no two-hour queue at the service desk, no hold music.
Do you handle airport transfers and car rentals?
Both. Transfers are pre-paid with a driver waiting at arrivals, which is a lifesaver on 2am landings. Rentals come with insurance explained properly and young-driver fees negotiated where possible.
Will I have everything offline?
Yes. You get a single PDF itinerary with every confirmation number, address, map pin and emergency contact, so it works with no data and a dying battery.
Where you work
Which parts of the USA do you serve?
All of it. We plan departures from every state — major hubs like JFK, LAX, ORD, DFW, ATL, MIA and SEA, plus regional airports where connections matter more than headline fares.
Can you plan trips inside the USA too?
Absolutely. Southwest road trips, national park loops, city weekends, festival runs and family trips to Orlando are some of our most booked itineraries.
Still have a question we didn't cover?
Message us and we'll give you a straight answer — even if the answer is that your plan won't work and here's a better one.
